Diversity Abroad

The Office of International Education and Global Initiatives is dedicated to supporting students and their diverse backgrounds. You may have some questions about diversity abroad --- perhaps you are wondering what it would be like to be a student of your race, ethnicity,  or sexual orientation on education abroad. Maybe you are a first generation student with questions about how to talk with your parents about education abroad  - or you are wondering how you can study abroad if you are a student with a disability. Below are some web pages with some good information about these topics. If you would like to speak with us about any questions pertaining to diversity and inclusivity abroad, please contact us at and we will answer your inquiry to the best of our ability and/or refer you to others with the expertise that you need. You also may be interested in learning about the Myers Family Scholarship, which provides study abroad funding dedicated towards financially supporting underrepresented students in study abroad.
